Minimalist Lead-Gen WordPress Site

I need a clean, modern-and-minimalistic five-page WordPress site for my small web-design / media studio. The whole build revolves around generating leads and inquiries, so every page should guide visitors toward a clear call-to-action form or phone link. Scope of work • Pages: Home, About, Work/Portfolio, Services, Contact (with an inquiry form that feeds into our email). • Style: white space, crisp type, subtle motion where it helps conversion—no clutter, no heavy graphics. • Tech: WordPress on our existing hosting, preferably using a lightweight visual builder (Elementor, Gutenberg, or Bricks are all fine) so we can tweak copy later without touching code. Site must remain fast and mobile-first. • Integrations: Google Analytics 4, basic on-page SEO setup (titles, meta, alt text), and a simple spam-protected contact form. • Handover: export / import file or full backup plus a brief Loom or PDF walk-through explaining how to update text and images. Acceptance criteria 1. Pages mirror the agreed wireframe and stay on brand. 2. Desktop 90 on PageSpeed. 3. All forms deliver to our inbox and store entries in WP admin. 4. We can replace any picture or paragraph through the builder without breaking layout. To apply, show me two or three past WordPress projects that demonstrate similar minimalist, lead-driven design.
