Tamil Nadu Video Editing Partner

I run a growing media-training venture in Tamil Nadu and need a skilled montage specialist to come on board long-term.

The role

blends hands-on video editing with teaching: you will cut dynamic social reels, short films and ad spots for our clients, then walk junior trainees through your workflow so they can replicate the quality. This is a permanent, commission-based collaboration rather than a one-off gig, so I’m looking for someone who enjoys steady work, performance bonuses and the satisfaction of mentoring new talent. There is no fixed deadline pressure; projects roll in continuously and we schedule edits realistically. Please introduce yourself with links to past work that showcases your montage skills—trailers, highlights, fast-paced narrative edits, anything that proves you can tell a story through cuts, colour and sound. A brief note on the software you prefer (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.) will also help me align our pipeline. If you are based in Tamil Nadu, love experimenting with pacing and transitions, and don’t mind explaining the “why” behind every cut to keen learners, I’d be happy to discuss next steps and commission structure.
