I’m ready to launch a fully-featured, non-medical home health care agency platform that mirrors the depth and polish of Alora, WellSky, HHAeXchange, and Sandata—but branded and configured for my operation. Because this is a ground-up build, I need a partner who has already walked this path and can demonstrate it with a live URL, demo credentials, or code repository. What I expect the finished product to do • Web-based (desktop & mobile responsive) portal plus lightweight caregiver mobile app • Patient intake, profile management, and visit scheduling with drag-and-drop calendar • Caregiver roster, shift invitations, time-tracking, and electronic visit verification (EVV) • Automated billing, claims submission, and payroll calculations • Real-time dashboards and compliance reporting (HIPAA, state EVV mandates) • Secure messaging and document storage for care plans, signatures, and notes • Open API or native connectors for EHR feeds, clearinghouses, and major payment gateways Project flow & checkpoints – Discovery and architecture sign-off – UX/UI prototypes for web and caregiver app – Agile sprints with bi-weekly demos on a cloud staging server – End-to-end acceptance test covering admin, caregiver, and client roles – Deployment, knowledge transfer, and 30-day post-launch support To be considered include 1.
