ERP-Linked Tableau Financial Dashboard

I need a set of interactive Tableau dashboards that pull live data from our Ramco ERP. The main focus is to give management a clear, up-to-the-minute view of financial performance and commercial activity without exporting spreadsheets each week. Scope • Finance: present Revenue & Profit and detailed Expense Reports; I also want a production-specific lens so we can see how manufacturing output influences margins. • Sales: track Monthly Sales, compare Sales by Region, and break down Sales by Product. • Purchase/Procurement: visualise purchase order volume, supplier spend and delivery lead-times so we can quickly spot cost overruns or supply issues. Technical expectations – Direct or scheduled data connection to Ramco ERP (ODBC, API or another reliable method—open to your suggestion). – Well-structured Tableau workbooks with clean filters, drill-downs, and colour-blind-friendly palettes. – Calculated fields for key ratios (gross margin %, expense-to-revenue %, inventory-turn, etc.) so the numbers always reconcile with the ERP. – Minimal refresh lag; overnight extracts are fine if a real-time feed is impractical. Deliverables 1. Tableau .twb/.twbx files plus any extract schedules. 2. Data-connection documentation (steps, credentials placeholders, refresh frequency). 3. A short hand-off call or video walkthrough so my in-house analyst can maintain the dashboards. Acceptance criteria • All stated metrics render correctly using live ERP data. • Navigation is intuitive on both desktop and Tableau Server/Online. • Performance: each sheet loads in under five seconds on a standard office connection.
