Dry Flood Proofing for Pole Barn

I need dry flood proofing for a pole barn used primarily for storage. The structure is considered an accessory building and is not a primary residence or commercial facility. The PE has to be licensed in the state of Arkansas. The pole barn needs to be dry flood proofed because we did not meet our cities additional 3 foot freeboard requirement. We would need a scope of work for our contractor to complete the work necessary. Then we would also need a stamped certification dry proofing fema document by a licensed PE in Arkansas. I have attached images of the barn, survey, and elevation certificate. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience with flood proofing techniques - Knowledge of building codes and regulations for accessory structures - Ability to assess and implement necessary modifications to protect against flood damage - Prior work on similar projects would be a plus Please provide a detailed plan and estimate.
