WebAR Chinese Learning MVP

I need an end-to-end, browser-based MVP that lets kindergarteners learn Mandarin through printed word cards that “come alive.” The web app should use the device camera to recognise each card—individually or in sentence pairs—and immediately launch an animation on top of it via WebAR. Children then speak the word or sentence; the system listens, judges it in Mandarin and, when a syllable is off, gives an instant correction suggestion verbally the child can imitate before moving on. Four themed learning scenes must be interconnected so a class can start anywhere and cycle until all four are finished. When a new card is recognised inside a scene, its matching video should autoplay without extra taps. Every interaction, score and completion tick feeds a simple teacher dashboard that shows overall group progress at a glance. I am supplying all cards, images, sentences and videos—you focus on coding, testing and packaging. I’m open to any suitable technology as long as the finished product: • runs smoothly in Safari/Chrome on iPads and common mobile browsers • requires no downloads or app-store installs • ships with clear deployment instructions and full source code Deliverables accepted when: 1. A classroom-testable build is deployed to a public URL within 7–14 days. 2. Camera recognition, WebAR animations, speech feedback, scene looping, video playback, progress tracking and the dashboard work together reliably for at least 10 students in one session. 3. Source code, build scripts and a one-page setup guide are provided. If you have relevant WebAR, computer-vision or speech-AI experience and can meet this timeline, I’m ready to start immediately.
