I need support carrying out live video-call interviews with my existing customers so I can better understand their needs and preferences. I will provide the contact list and initial context; what I’m looking for from you is the full end-to-end interview execution and insight capture. Here is how I picture the engagement: • Prepare: refine an interview guide with me, ensuring the questions stay open-ended and discovery-oriented. • Run: schedule and host each video call, making participants feel comfortable while digging into their experiences, pain points, and expectations. • Capture: record the sessions (with permission), produce clear transcripts, and tag key moments or quotes. • Synthesize: deliver a concise report that groups findings into themes, highlights actionable opportunities, and includes verbatim quotes for color. Fluency in English, confident on common video-conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar), and strong qualitative analysis skills are essential. If you have previous examples of customer-insight work, that will help me move quickly. Once we agree on the number of interviews and timeline, we can break the project into milestones so you’re paid promptly after each batch is completed and the insights are verified.
