Instagram Affiliate Influencer Manager

I’m building out an affiliate-based program in the United States and need a dedicated manager who can bring Instagram-savvy social media influencers onto our roster and keep them motivated to produce high-impact content. Here’s what the role looks like from day one: you’ll source qualified creators, pitch our offer, negotiate the affiliate terms we set, and walk each new partner through sign-up, tracking links, and basic brand guidelines. Once they’re live, you’ll stay in touch, making sure they have the assets, talking points, and performance data they need to keep posting—and keep earning. Content we’ll ask each influencer to deliver: • Product reviews • Tutorials / how-tos • Entertainment skits I already have the affiliate software and reporting dashboards in place; what’s missing is your network, outreach skills, and ability to manage relationships at scale. If you’ve previously launched or run an Instagram affiliate program and can share tangible results (creator count, revenue uplift, engagement metrics), we should talk. Deliverables each month will be: 1. A vetted list of recruited U.S. Instagram influencers with live affiliate links 2. A tracker summarizing content delivered, clicks, conversions, and payout owed 3. A brief performance recap with recommendations for next-month optimizations Everything is remote, but familiarity with U.S. market trends and FTC disclosure rules is essential.
