Join our remote team and turn interested leads into paying clients.
Leads come to you. Your job is to get on the phone, understand what they need, and close the deal. Expect around 5-10 calls an hour, so this is a conversation-focused role rather than a dial-all-day grind. Follow-up is what separates good from great here. You’ll be expected to stay on top of every lead until they either say yes or give a clear no. What We’re Looking For - Some phone sales or cold calling background (6+ months is a plus) - Natural, confident English that works well with U.S. callers - Calm under pushback, with a knack for handling objections and closing - A hungry, consistent mindset and a drive to keep getting better Compensation Typically $5,000–$10,000/month Where This Can Go As we grow, high performers will have room to move into leadership.
