Project: Lawyer/Advocate Appointment & Legal Service Management Platform (Android, iOS & Web) We are seeking a developer, team or software company to design, develop, test and deploy a complete platform connecting clients with verified advocates/lawyers. Similar to a doctor appointment system, it will support lawyer discovery, online/in-person bookings, secure consultations, document sharing and payments. Please quote a FIXED PRICE in USD for the complete baseline scope below, including UI/UX, backend, mobile apps, dashboards, integrations, QA, deployment and source-code handover. APPLICATIONS AND PLATFORM - Android and iOS apps for clients and advocates (a shared app with role-based interfaces is acceptable). - Super Admin web panel. - Client and Advocate dashboards; specify whether both are accessible through web browsers as well as mobile apps. - Secure backend REST APIs, database, file storage and cloud hosting. - Responsive, modern, user-friendly UI/UX. 2. CLIENT FEATURES - Register/login with email or mobile number; OTP verification; Google/Facebook login; password recovery. - Manage personal profile, case history, appointment history and payment records. - Search/filter advocates by legal category, location, experience, rating and language. - View advocate details: specialization, experience, chamber location, fees, ratings and available time slots. - Book physical or online consultations by choosing advocate, date and time; receive confirmation and reminders. - View upcoming/past bookings; support cancellations/rescheduling under defined rules; prevent double bookings. - One-to-one video and audio consultations; live chat and secure messaging. - Pay consultation fees through bKash, Nagad, Rocket and debit/credit cards using SSLCommerz and/or suitable APIs; receive invoices and payment status updates. - Upload, view and securely share PDF/image legal documents with authorized advocates. - Receive appointment, payment and case-update notifications. - Submit advocate reviews and ratings. 3. ADVOCATE FEATURES - Register with Bar Council details; upload license/verification documents; account activated after admin approval. - Edit professional profile, specialization, experience, chamber location, languages and consultation fees. - Set working hours and appointment availability. - Accept/reject and reschedule bookings; review appointment history. - Conduct video/audio consultations and chat with clients. - Manage private case/consultation notes and exchange legal documents. - View earnings, transaction history, income reports and applicable commissions. 4. SUPER ADMIN FEATURES - Manage clients and advocates; approve/reject advocate registrations, verify documents and suspend accounts. - Monitor appointments, cancellations and consultation statistics. - Track transactions and payments; configure platform commissions; manage refunds. - Manage legal blogs/news, FAQs and legal-service categories. - View revenue, user, advocate and appointment analytics/reports. - Fraud/suspicious-account monitoring and secure admin access. - Manage appropriate operational settings from the admin panel, keeping credentials/secrets secure. 5. LEGAL CATEGORIES Criminal, Civil, Family, Corporate, Property, Tax, Cyber Crime and Immigration Law. Categories should be manageable by admins. 6. DESIGN, TECHNOLOGY AND INTEGRATIONS - Supply Figma (or equivalent) UI/UX designs and clickable prototype for approval. - Preferred mobile: Flutter or React Native; backend: Node.js, Laravel or Django; database: MySQL or PostgreSQL; web: React or Vue. - Hosting: AWS, Google Cloud or an appropriate VPS/cloud solution. - Video/audio: Agora, Zoom API or WebRTC; messaging: suitable secure real-time technology. - Payments: SSLCommerz/bKash and supported Nagad/Rocket/card integrations. - Recommend your stack and justify security, scalability, maintainability and cost. - Clearly identify any provider approvals, subscription fees, API usage charges and licensing costs. 7.
