I need an automated chat flow built for our WhatsApp sales channel. The goal is to guide prospects from first hello through to purchase, answering common pre-sale questions and capturing qualified leads without human intervention. Key points • Platform: WhatsApp (Business API or a reliable third-party gateway—whatever you recommend). • Purpose: Sales-driven conversations that nurture interest, showcase offers, and push to checkout or live agent when required. • Flexibility: While my priority is converting prospects, the flow should be modular so we can later add product info, order tracking, or follow-up messages. Deliverables 1. Conversation map outlining each step, fallback, and hand-off trigger. 2. Fully configured chatbot deployed to our WhatsApp number, tested end-to-end. 3. Simple dashboard or Google Sheet log of captured leads and key metrics. 4. Clear handover documentation so my team can tweak copy or add branches later.
