AI SaaS Technology Lead

Technology Lead – AI SaaS & Revenue Automation We are building a market-native, autonomous AI revenue engine for European B2B companies. The platform transforms a company’s website into a credible, approved outbound campaign within 30 minutes—then supports prospect verification, controlled outreach, reply classification and appointment booking without requiring a lengthy CRM implementation. We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead to take ownership of the technical architecture and oversee a remotely distributed team of software engineers. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can translate product strategy into reliable software, establish engineering standards and ensure consistent delivery across the team. Key responsibilities • Own the overall technical architecture and engineering roadmap. • Lead and coordinate a remote team of frontend, backend, AI and data engineers. • Convert product requirements into clearly defined technical tasks and milestones. • Review code, architecture decisions and infrastructure changes. • Build or supervise the development of AI-agent workflows for ICP creation, campaign generation, reply classification and appointment booking. • Oversee the multi-tenant SaaS architecture, account isolation, permissions and usage tracking. • Guide the implementation of the hybrid prospect-data pipeline, including enrichment, identity resolution, verification and deduplication. • Manage integrations with email providers, calendars, data providers and optional CRM systems. • Establish standards for testing, documentation, deployment, monitoring and security. • Ensure that engineering decisions support GDPR-conscious data processing and European infrastructure requirements. • Identify delivery risks early and communicate progress clearly to the founder and other stakeholders. Required qualifications • At least 6 years of professional software-development experience, including technical leadership responsibility. • Proven experience managing or coordinating remotely distributed engineering teams. • Strong backend and system-design expertise using technologies such as TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Go or comparable modern stacks. • Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms with secure account and data isolation. • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth and asynchronous processing using queues or event-driven systems. • Practical experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, structured outputs or AI-supported workflow automation. • Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, testing and production deployment. • Understanding of data ingestion, identity resolution, enrichment, verification and provider-adapter architectures. • Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions that balance delivery speed, maintainability and security. • Strong code-review, technical-documentation and engineering-planning skills. • Professional fluency in written and spoken English is essential because English will be the principal working language of the distributed engineering team. Desirable experience • Email-delivery infrastructure and domain-reputation management. • Google or Microsoft calendar and mailbox integrations. • CRM integrations involving Salesforce, HubSpot or similar platforms. • European B2B data providers and GDPR-conscious prospecting workflows. • Revenue technology, sales automation, MarTech or autonomous-agent products. • German-language ability or familiarity with the DACH business environment. Candidate profile The ideal candidate combines the judgement of a software architect with the practicality of a hands-on engineering lead. You should be comfortable reviewing implementation details, resolving technical blockers and holding a distributed team accountable for quality and delivery.
