Cross-Platform Medical Reporting App

I need a single, end-to-end reporting solution that my field medical representatives can use in the Android app while managers work from a companion web dashboard. The highest priorities are clear: reps must be able to download their salary slips, submit and track leave, and share their live location through GPS so we can verify field activity in real time. Around those core needs, the system should also handle our daily call reports (DCR), chemist interactions, sample and gift distribution, holiday calendar, visit-frequency analytics, and expense claims. Everything has to sit behind secure email-and-password authentication with role-based permissions for reps, first-line managers, and administrators. A few practical notes on the build: • Both platforms should feel native, with the Android app able to cache data offline and sync automatically once a connection returns, while the web portal offers the same data in a browser-friendly layout. • GPS tracking must run efficiently in the background without draining the battery. • Reports (PDF or Excel) should be exportable at any time from either interface. Deliverables I expect: 1. Production-ready Android APK and Google-Play-ready bundle 2. Responsive web dashboard with source code 3. Structured database/schema scripts 4. Deployment and user manuals I’ll test against these acceptance criteria: salary slip accuracy, successful leave workflows, continuous GPS plotting on the map, and identical data between mobile and web.
