HTML to WordPress SEO Conversion

I need my current static HTML website rebuilt on WordPress with a strong focus on dynamic location pages and fully automated schema markup. All existing city-specific pages, text, and media that are already live on the HTML version will become the source for these dynamic pages, so no fresh copy-writing is required—just intelligent reuse inside WordPress. While dynamic locations and schema are the first priority, I also want my present URLs, meta data, and rankings left intact through proper redirects and on-page SEO migration. The site must open fast on both mobile and desktop; please work with a lightweight theme or custom code rather than heavy page-builder apps. Lead-capture is critical. When a visitor submits the enquiry form, I need the same message delivered instantly to both my email and my WhatsApp number, exactly as it happens on the HTML site today. Deliverables • WordPress setup on my hosting with a clean, light theme that matches the existing look • Dynamic location page system powered by the locations/content already on the HTML site • Site-wide automatic schema (Organisation, LocalBusiness, FAQ, etc.) without manual edits for each page • 301 redirects and meta migration so no rankings or indexed URLs are lost • Form integration that pushes leads to email + WhatsApp in real time • Performance tuning to reach green Core Web Vitals and sub-2-second load on GTmetrix I’ll provide the current site files, hosting credentials, and WhatsApp API details once we agree on timeline and cost. Let me know how many days you’ll need and the fixed price for the full hand-over.
