I’m putting together a personal vlog series and need a skilled editor to turn raw footage into a lively, polished story. Video editing is the core of this job—copyrighting and blog writing can stay off the table for now. Here’s what I’m after: a fast-paced, engaging cut that leans on tasteful effects, motion graphics, and tight pacing rather than a sterile “corporate” finish. Think jump-cuts that keep energy high, color grading that matches the mood, subtle text call-outs, and music or sound design that draws viewers in without overpowering the narrative. You’re welcome to use Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or another professional NLE—whatever lets you work quickest and cleanest while still giving me room for revision rounds. Deliver the final file in 1080p (or 4K if my footage supports it), plus an editable project file so I can tweak timestamps or captions later if needed. I’ll supply: • Raw footage, B-roll, and any licensed music tracks • A rough outline of the story beats I want to hit • Time-coded notes on must-keep moments and areas that can be trimmed You’ll supply: • A fully edited vlog episode, color-graded and audio-mixed • Lower-thirds or title cards where helpful • Up to two rounds of revisions to lock in timing, effects, and overall flow If creating a watchable, effect-driven vlog is your comfort zone, let’s talk.
