Print Quota Control Software

I need a developer to build a simple system that connects 7 printing machines to one central web portal. The main purpose is to track how many copies are printed by each machine and compare them with the required quantity for each job. How the System Should Work Admin or designer will log in to the web portal and enter the job number, customer name, artwork details, machine, and required quantity. The printing machines should automatically send their live counter readings to the portal. The system should automatically calculate how many copies have been printed and how many are still remaining. Operators should be able to see the required quantity and printed quantity on their machine screen. When the required quantity is completed, the operator should know that the job is finished. If printing goes over the required quantity, the system should show an alert to prevent unnecessary printing. Main Features Required Central web portal with secure login for admin and designers. Simple interface that is easy for operators and admin staff to use. Important Requirements Machine counter data must be collected automatically without manual operator input. Operators should not be able to change or manipulate production counts. Data should be accurate and updated in real time. The system should work reliably with all 7 printing machines. Final Deliverables Complete web portal. Machine connection software or utility. Fully working dashboard and reporting system. Source code and project files. Installation and setup guide. Brief online handover session to explain how to use the system.
