copywriting

(ideally) —

direction

backgrounds

8+

years

of

experience

in

creative

direction

or

concept

development

at

agencies

or

studios,

with

a track

record

of

leading

integrated,

cross-channel

campaigns.

A

portfolio

built

on strong

ideas:

headlines,

campaign

platforms, and

communication

concepts

that

hold

up

across

touchpoints

— not just

polished

executions.

Experience

leading

and

winning

pitches,

with

confident, persuasive

presentation

skills.

A

natural

mentor

for

copywriters

and

art

directors.

Fluent German

is

required, a

very

good

level

of English

is

appreciated.
