Review purchase invoices and CapEx requests to ensure correct capitalisation treatment versus operational expense (OpEx). Perform periodic physical asset verifications/audits and reconcile asset register balances to general ledger control accounts. Prepare lease schedules, impairment reviews, and disclosures for month-end and year-end statutory audit reporting. 3. Daily Finance Inbox & Invoice Control: Manage and clear the finance inbox daily, with visible Processed/Actioned and pending categories to support seamless handovers.
