Performance Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests. Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, or K6. Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks. Monitor CPU, memory, database, network, and application metrics using tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar. Prepare performance test reports and provide recommendations for optimization. Work closely with developers, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues. Must-Have Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Performance Testing. Good knowledge of JMeter / LoadRunner / K6. Understanding of performance engineering concepts, workload modeling, and SLA analysis. Experience with APIs, SQL, and basic scripting/programming. Knowledge of application and infrastructure monitoring tools.
