Digital Welcome Guide Design

I need a clean, modern-style welcome guide that guests can open as an interactive web page. The single most important section is House Rules; everything from check-in etiquette to quiet-hour reminders has to be presented clearly and attractively, with icons or subtle animations that work just as well on a phone as on a laptop. Because it will be accessed through a QR code inside the property, the page must load quickly, respond smoothly, and look pixel-perfect on iOS, Android, and desktop browsers. Feel free to build in space for future add-ons (rental amenities or local attractions), but for this first release the House Rules block is the only required content. Deliverables • Responsive, interactive web page (HTML/CSS/JS or no-code alternative) styled to match our existing brand palette • Editable design file (Figma, XD, or similar) so I can update text later • Optimised assets and instructions for hosting or embedding I’ll provide logo, colours, and the exact wording for the rules as soon as we start.
