Bilingual English/Spanish Virtual Assistant – Calls, Scheduling & Admin

Project Type Hourly Project: $2–$5 USD/hour Project Description We are looking for a reliable bilingual English/Spanish Virtual Assistant for ongoing remote administrative and customer support. This project involves communicating with customers by phone and online, scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and completing general virtual administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

include: Making outbound calls using provided scripts and procedures Answering and returning customer inquiries Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments Following up with new and existing leads Providing virtual customer support Responding to social media messages and inquiries Conducting approved social media outreach Updating customer and appointment information Data entry and record keeping Completing follow-up lists Miscellaneous virtual administrative tasks as assigned Requirements: Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish Excellent English-speaking skills are essential Comfortable making and receiving phone calls Professional and friendly communication Strong customer-service skills Organized and detail-oriented Reliable internet connection Quiet environment suitable for phone calls Ability to follow scripts, written instructions, and established procedures Previous virtual assistant, appointment scheduling, call center, or customer-service experience preferred Hours & Availability: Our business operates in California, USA (Pacific Time). The freelancer must be able to work during agreed-upon Pacific Time hours. Evening and weekend availability will be required when needed, so applicants should have flexibility in their schedules. This is intended to be an ongoing freelance project for the right person.

Compensation
