Day-of Wedding Coordinator

We are planning a simple wedding and reception. Some decorations for color, wedding and reception in the same spot. Still working out venue details. The wedding will be an early afternoon event, with the reception consisting of beer, wine and heavy appetizers. Since the wedding and reception will be in the same location, we need an experienced day-of wedding coordinator for my traditional wedding with 51-150 guests. Key Responsibilities: - Vendor Coordination: Ensure all vendors are on-site and performing their duties as scheduled. - Timeline Management: Oversee the wedding day timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in managing traditional weddings of similar size. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to think on your feet and solve problems as they arise.
