Flutter MVP With Onboarding

I’m ready to validate a new app idea and I need a lean, well-structured Flutter MVP that I can hand to real users on both iOS and Android test tracks within days, not weeks. I will supply the complete branding assets as well as a detailed description of the desired user journey. Scope and priorities • Primary flow: onboarding new users through an engaging, interactive walkthrough. From the first launch the user should feel guided, see the core value immediately, and reach the main screen having completed the walkthrough. • Platforms: a single Flutter code-base that compiles cleanly for TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing. • Architecture: clear widget hierarchy, logical state management, and comments that make future expansion painless. • Backend: keep it simple—Firebase, Supabase, or a comparable lightweight stack for auth and basic data storage. I’m flexible as long as setup is minimal and documentation is included. Deliverables 1. Source code in a private Git repository featuring the interactive onboarding flow. 2. Configured backend project (credentials redacted) with sign-in methods ready. 3. Build artifacts or live links on both stores’ test tracks. 4. Brief read-me covering project structure, environment variables, and store submission steps. Acceptance criteria • App installs and launches on both iOS and Android test devices without manual tweaks. • On first run the interactive walkthrough completes error-free, creates a user record, and lands on the home screen. • Code passes flutter analyze with no warnings.
