I already have a complete set of architectural drawings, but the interior layout no longer matches my needs. I want a skilled architect or designer to re-work the plan strictly from a design perspective—no structural moves—so the flow of the rooms is more efficient and contemporary. Scope I need to have new drawing done have old ones we need to add drawing of fire curtains That have been add under the sup floor Acceptance Revised drawings must align with local code clearances and keep existing load-bearing walls untouched. Once the 2D layout is approved, I may open a follow-up project for 3D visualization.
