Met Office Balloon Data

I have access to met office data for weather balloon but I don't know how to extract the data. If you have worked with weather balloon data before please tell me where or how? Do you have jobs for this on your profile? Where can I actually see proof of the work? I will pay $25 as this such be super simple to anyone that knows what they are doing. So ALL I want from you is PROOF you have done this kind of job before. DO not mention anything else in your application.
