Freelance Pilates Instructor – Plan Creation & Client Support (Remote, 1 hour/week)

Overview: I’m looking for a freelance Pilates instructor to help create progressive exercise plans and support a small number of clients via short weekly phone calls. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the written side of teaching and prefers one-to-one communication over live group classes.

Responsibilities

• Create or adapt progressive Pilates plans based on client needs • Conduct brief weekly phone check-ins (approx. 10 minutes per client) • Update plans based on feedback and progress • Maintain clear, respectful communication with clients • Work independently and deliver on time Requirements: • Pilates certification or relevant experience • Strong understanding of alignment, progression, and accessibility • Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently • No live teaching required Ideal For: • Pilates instructors who prefer written work and one-to-one support • Those looking for flexible, remote freelance work • People who enjoy helping others progress at their own pace How to Apply Please send your CV and a short message explaining your Pilates experience and why this type of written + phone‑based support appeals to you.
