Tech Recruiter to build our developer network

I need a hands-on recruiter who can actively hunt down individual developers and small, high-quality dev studios with proven expertise in Agentic AI, Applied AI and any other niche stacks we decide to target. The mandate is strictly technical recruitment, spanning entry, mid and senior levels, and covering talent located in India, the UAE, wider APAC, the EU and the US. Here’s what success looks like for me: • A curated pipeline of verified candidates or boutique agencies, each screened for depth of experience in the relevant AI domain. • Smooth end-to-end communication: you will brief every candidate on our selection process, consolidate their questions, and post both the question and your reply in our shared Q&A space so no inquiry is answered twice. • Weekly status updates summarising outreach numbers, response rates and candidate progress through the funnel. Not just that, confirmed developer who finally joins us post completing all required prerequisites is a confirmed success. • All candidate data kept orderly in whichever tracking tool you prefer (a CRM, Airtable, even a well-structured spreadsheet is fine as long as I get clear visibility). You’ll be given the evaluation criteria, interview slots and any technical assessments we use; your job is to administer them, chase completions and keep momentum high. If you already have a network in AI circles, all the better—bring them in. Drop any clarification you have straight into the project’s Questions section; that way I can answer once for everyone. As long as our goals are aligned, i can pay INR 20k to 30k a month, every month, for long term. Hence, I kept the project budget starts at Rs 20k a month and upto Rs 3.5Lakhs on higher side for the year. If you can really bring a thousand plus people and your strategy and initial 15 days trial period proves that really you can do it, can pay your or your team about 1Lakh a month.
