Creating Power BI Financial Dashboard & Microsoft Power Automate

Power BI Financial Suite & Row-Level Security Key Deliverables: Project 1: Build/optimize a dashboard containing: One-Pager Summary, P&L Dashboard, Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) Analysis, Scenario Bridges, Inventory, and IMS trackers. Security Requirement: Implement strict Row-Level Security (RLS) linked to Microsoft logins/email addresses, ensuring users can only view data authorized for their specific market, department, or access level. Key Deliverables: Project 2: Master Value Chain Database & Scenario Builder Build a secure, user-friendly system to manage our Master Value Chain, owned and maintained by the Finance team. Use Case 1 (Intake & Approval): A user-friendly front-end interface allowing users to submit a "New Value Chain." This must route through a sequential multi-stage approval workflow before committing the data to the central master database. Use Case 2 (Local Sandbox Simulator) Allow users to pull the latest approved Master Value Chain data into a local workspace/Excel interface to run offline P&L scenarios Additional Info: Environment & Secure Delivery Protocol: Due to strict company security policies, no access to our internal systems, servers, or company emails will be granted. The freelancer must use their own Microsoft 365 / Power Platform environment to build the solutions using dummy data provided by us. The freelancer will demonstrate the fully working solution on a live screen-share session. The freelancer will export and deliver the raw solution packages (e.g., .pbix files for Power BI, .zip solution packages for Power Automate, or SharePoint template structures). Video Guide: The freelancer must provide a screen-recorded tutorial (e.g., Loom) showing our internal user exactly where to click to import the workflow, map the connections to our internal environment, and configure the settings. Guided Replication: We will replicate/import the solution internally with the freelancer providing live support if we hit any permission or connection blocks. Ideal Candidate: Power BI Expert (Expert-level DAX, Power Query, Financial Data Modeling, and robust experience setting up Row-Level Security (RLS).), Power Automate (Complex conditional workflows, multi-stage parallel approvals, and data movement across ecosystems.), Data Architecture: High proficiency using SharePoint Online Lists / Dataverse as the back-end relational database for front-end forms, and integrating them with Excel interfaces
