Construction Lead Generation Specialist Required

We are an established aluminium windows and doors fabricator and installer based in Chipping Norton, NSW. We are looking for an experienced Construction Lead Generation Specialist or Sales Coordinator who can consistently identify genuine, qualified projects within approximately 40 km of our location. Our target opportunities include new residential construction, duplexes, townhouses, renovations, extensions, window and door replacement projects, childcare centres, medical fitouts, and suitable small commercial projects. The successful candidate will research and qualify leads from council development applications, construction databases, builder networks, architects, certifiers, tender platforms, property activity, and other reliable sources. Each lead must include the project address, project type and stage, builder or decision-maker’s name, verified contact details, source link, estimated relevance to aluminium windows and doors, and a brief reason why the opportunity is worth pursuing. We do not want purchased databases, recycled contacts, scraped lists without verification, or unqualified enquiries. Lead quality and accuracy are more important than volume. Experience in the Australian construction industry, NSW development applications, building tenders, or windows and doors will be highly regarded.
