Geotechnical Report for Residential Build

I’m preparing to submit plans for a new single-family home on my lot in Guerneville, CA and the county is requesting a formal geotechnical investigation. I need a California-licensed geotechnical engineer who can visit the property, perform subsurface exploration (borings or test pits), run the required laboratory analyses, and produce a stamped report that meets Sonoma County permit standards. The study should evaluate local seismic conditions, seasonal groundwater fluctuations, potential flood concerns near the Russian River, and any slope or expansive-soil issues you encounter. Please outline the scope of fieldwork you recommend, the tests you plan to run (ASTM methods, shear, consolidation, etc.), and your projected timeline from mobilization through final submission. If utility locating or encroachment permits are necessary, let me know whether you will coordinate those or if you need assistance.
