Structural engineering for a residence expansion in California

Starting with an architectural design (see included drawings), complete all of the following: 1. Foundation design with extreme emphasis on minimization of concrete usage. Drawing shows a beam on pier design. This is not strictly required, and there are obvious tradeoffs with beam material and dimensions, joist spans, number of piers, etc. Slab is not to be considered. 2. Ridge beam dimension and fastening details for post to beam, beam to rafters, post to foundation 3. Floor structure details, with emphasis on joist dimensions (i-joists are not preferred, but no excluded if there is a value case to be made). Freelancer must be licensed as a structural or civil engineer in the State of California. Final Output will be engineer-stamped drawings to be submitted to Mendocino County Planning and Building.
