Product Master Har product ko software mein alag se save kiya ja sake. Product ke saath: * Product Name and Brand * Unit * Default tare/packaging weight * Packaging/bora/carton charge * Current/default rate ### Brand-wise products Same product ke multiple brands ho sakte hain aur unke rates/tare rules alag ho sakte hain. Example: * Makhana – Brand A * Makhana – Brand B * Kishmish – Brand A * Kishmish – Brand B Inhe software alag products ke roop mein identify kare. --- # 3. Fast Product Search Billing ke waqt product search **bahut fast** hona chahiye. Example: Agar keyboard se: `K` type kiya jaye to matching products turant show hon: * Kali Mirch * Kishmish – Brand A * Kishmish – Brand B * Kaju * etc. Phir keyboard se exact product select kiya ja sake. ### Desired billing flow: **Product type → Enter → Quantity/Weight → Rate → Enter → Next Item** Isse wholesale billing fast ho. --- # 4. Different Units Software mein alag-alag type ki selling allow honi chahiye. Examples: * KG * Gram * 100 Gram * Dozen * Piece * Bora * Carton Har product ke hisaab se calculation automatically change ho. --- # 5. Gross Weight & Net Weight Wholesale business mein packaging/tare weight automatically deduct hona chahiye. ### Example – Makhana Bora Gross weight: **9.400 KG** Bora tare: **0.200 KG** Net weight: **9.200 KG** Software automatically calculate kare: **Net Weight = Gross Weight – Packaging/Tare Weight** Bill mein: | Item | Gross Wt. | Net Wt. | Rate | Amount | | ------- | --------: | -------: | ---: | -----: | | Makhana | 9.400 KG | 9.200 KG | ₹425 | ₹3,910 | Sirf: * Gross Wt. * Net Wt. dikhna chahiye. --- # 6. Bora/Carton Packaging Charge Kuch products mein packaging ke liye additional charge bhi hota hai. Example: Makhana: * Gross = 9.400 KG * Tare = 0.200 KG * Net = 9.200 KG * Rate = ₹425/KG * Bora charge = ₹15 Product amount: **9.200 × ₹425 = ₹3,910** Bora charge: **₹15** Total: **₹3,925** Software product ke master mein default packaging charge save rakhe aur bill banate waqt automatically calculate kare. --- # 7. Carton Tare Without Charge Kuch products mein carton ka tare weight hota hai, lekin extra carton charge nahi hota. Example – Kishmish: * Gross = 10.700 KG * Carton tare = 0.500 KG * Net = 10.200 KG * Rate = ₹875/KG * Carton charge = ₹0 Amount: **10.200 × ₹875 = ₹8,925** Software ko ye distinction samajhna chahiye: **Tare weight ho sakta hai, lekin packaging charge ₹0 bhi ho sakta hai.** --- # 8. Rate Manually Enter Karna Rates daily change ho sakte hain. Isliye billing ke waqt **current rate manually type/change** karne ki facility honi chahiye. Product Master mein default rate ho sakta hai, lekin bill banate waqt rate editable hona chahiye. Example: Aaj Makhana ₹425/KG hai. Kal ₹440/KG ho gaya. Kal ke bill mein ₹440 enter kiya ja sake. ### Important: Purane bill ka rate kabhi change nahi hona chahiye. Agar 19 September ke bill mein rate ₹425 tha, to baad mein Product Master mein rate ₹450 karne par bhi purane bill mein **₹425 hi rahega**. --- # 9. Ek Bill Mein Multiple Items Ek bill mein sirf 2 items nahi, balki bahut saare items bhi ho sakte hain. Example: * 2 items * 5 items * 10 items * 15 items * 20+ items Software har line ka calculation kare aur end mein: **GRAND TOTAL** automatically calculate kare. --- # 10. Grand Total Har item ka: **Net Quantity × Rate + applicable packaging charge** calculate ho. Phir sabhi items ka total: **GRAND TOTAL** mein automatically add ho. Example: Makhana = ₹3,925 Kishmish = ₹8,925 Kali Mirch = ₹1,440 Badam = ₹80 Grand Total: **₹14,370** # 14. Bill History Saare purane bills software mein save rahen. Bill History mein: * Bill Number * Date * Customer * Items * Quantity * Gross Weight * Net Weight * Rate * Packaging charge * Total amount save rahe. Purane bill ko search karke dobara open/print kiya ja sake. --- # 15. Bill Number Bills automatically sequential number lein with date. Example: * Bill No. 1027 * Bill No. 1028 * Bill No. 1029 etc. --- # 16. Dynamic Thermal Printing Bill mein 2 items ho ya 15 items, paper unnecessarily waste nahi hona chahiye. Isliye thermal printer ke liye **dynamic bill height** honi chahiye. ### Example: 2-item bill: → Sirf required length ka paper nikle. 15-item bill: → Automatically longer paper nikle. Blank space unnecessarily print nahi ho. kyunki bill mein: * Item * Gross Wt. * Net Wt. * Rate * Amount jaise multiple columns hain. --- # 18. Thermal Paper Thermal printer mein ink ki zarurat nahi hogi. Thermal paper use hoga. Software ka original bill/data computer mein permanently saved rahega, isliye thermal paper fade hone par bhi historical bill software se dobara print kiya ja sake. --- # 19.
