I’m preparing a matter for the Australian Small Claims Court and need a paralegal who can turn my rough notes and evidence into clean, court-ready paperwork. The job is purely document preparation: completing the claim forms, drafting supporting affidavits, and organising concise witness statements. I will supply the court-approved templates I’m required to follow, along with all factual details, exhibits, and any previous correspondence. Your task is to: • Populate each template accurately • Ensure language, formatting and numbering comply with Australian small-claims practice • Flag any factual gaps or inconsistencies so I can address them before filing Deliverables: 1. Completed claim form ready for e-filing or printing 2. Sworn affidavit draft that meets form and content rules 3. Separate witness statements, one file per witness, laid out for easy signing I’d like everything proof-read, paginated and returned as editable Word documents plus matching PDFs. Experience with Australian court protocols is essential; a quick turnaround is appreciated as filing deadlines are approaching.
