Automated AI News Video Pipeline

I need a full-stack developer who can take incoming video stories from a list of Instagram news accounts, recognise when the same (or almost the same) clip is spreading across multiple sources, and turn that raw footage into a polished, on-brand reel that posts itself to both Instagram and Facebook without me lifting a finger. Here is the journey I have in mind. 1. Feed & monitoring • Continuously poll or webhook-listen to a curated list of Instagram news handles. • Pull the video, description and engagement signals the moment the item is published. 2. Duplicate intelligence • Run both exact and near-duplicate detection so only one version of each story is ever pushed downstream, even if it appears in several accounts. 3. AI-assisted editing • Auto-trim to the strongest segment, up-res if needed, lay it onto a predefined After Effects-style template, and add an intro/outro sting. • Auto-generate headline overlays, subtitles, and dynamic lower thirds from speech-to-text. • Produce engaging captions plus relevant hashtags by analysing the story context. 4. Scheduling & posting • Publish natively to Instagram and Facebook with the correct aspect ratios, tagging and alt-text. • Allow simple rule-based schedules (e.g. peak hours, embargo windows). 5. Operability • Cloud-first architecture that can scale when a news event floods the feed. • Dashboard or Slack alerts for failures; everything else should run lights-out.
