About the Role

We are looking for a creative, practical and hands-on freelancer to help manage the digital presence and online sales of our growing fashion accessories brand. We already have a website and products ready. We need someone who can take responsibility for social media content, digital advertising and online product listings across multiple platforms. This is ideal for someone who can handle multiple digital marketing tasks independently rather than someone who only specializes in posting on Instagram. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management * Plan and create engaging Instagram/Facebook content. * Create posts, carousels, reels and stories. * Maintain a consistent premium and fashionable brand image. * Develop monthly/weekly content ideas and posting plans. * Write captions and relevant hashtags. * Understand current social media trends and adapt them to the brand. * Help grow engagement and overall brand presence organically. 2. Meta & Google Ads * Set up, manage and optimize Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook). * Set up and manage Google Ads where required. * Create different campaigns for awareness, traffic, engagement and sales. * Manage audiences, retargeting and basic conversion campaigns. * Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns based on results. * Provide simple reports on ad spend, reach, clicks, conversions and sales. 3. E-commerce Product Listings The freelancer should be comfortable creating and managing product listings on platforms such as: * Amazon * Meesho * Myntra * Darces website / Shopify Responsibilities include: * Uploading product images. * Adding product names, descriptions and specifications. * Adding prices, SKUs, inventory and other required information. * Managing variations such as colours/designs where applicable. * Updating listings when required. * Ensuring products are properly categorized and presented. 4. Website / Shopify Support * Add and update products on our existing website. * Make basic changes to product information, images and collections. * Coordinate with us when something requires technical/developer support. * Help ensure the website is ready for advertising and online sales. What We Are Looking For You should have practical experience with: * Instagram & Facebook * Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager * Google Ads * Shopify * Amazon Seller Central * Meesho Seller Panel * Myntra Seller/Partner platform * Canva or similar design tools * Basic e-commerce and digital marketing analytics You do not need to be an expert graphic designer, but you should be capable of creating good-looking social media content yourself. Important We are a growing brand with a limited initial marketing budget, so we are specifically looking for someone who can handle multiple responsibilities without requiring separate freelancers for every task. We value creativity, initiative and actual results more than fancy presentations. You should be someone who can look at the brand, understand what needs to be done, and say: “This is what we should post, this is how we should advertise it, and this is how we should list and sell it.” To Apply Please send: 1.
