What you’ll actually be doing • Brainstorm and refine story angles rooted in our science/tech and social research. • Draft treatments, loglines, episode outlines or series bibles suitable for documentary film and reality TV pitches. • Advise on research methods, contributor casting, shooting styles and practical production workflows. • Build provisional budgets, schedules and any visual mood boards or teaser material that strengthen the application. • Help weave our academic credibility into an engaging narrative voice that resonates with mainstream audiences. Success for me means having a polished funding proposal—complete with creative deck, R&D plan and indicative budget—that can confidently land us development money.
