Project Title: FIREDISC Email Design Previews and Klaviyo-Ready HTML Templates We’re looking for an experienced ecommerce email designer to create three reusable email templates for FIREDISC Cookers. FIREDISC is a family-owned outdoor cooking brand selling portable propane cookers, accessories and apparel. Our customers enjoy tailgating, hunting, fishing, camping, ranch life and backyard cooking. Use these references for inspiration while keeping the finished work distinctly FIREDISC. Brand direction Use FIREDISC red, PMS 187, and white as the primary colors. Combine clean white areas with strong red sections and photography. Avoid an entirely white layout that feels plain. Match the typography and brand character of our website and supplied assets. Make the designs rugged, professional, visually engaging and easy to shop. Use our actual product photography and preserve the exact appearance and proportions of the cookers. Keep copy short, readable and focused on benefits and clear shopping buttons. Three templates needed Product promotion Feature the FIREDISC 380 or Rover 210, with product benefits, space for an approved offer and a prominent shopping button. Recipe and outdoor cooking Feature a recipe, cooking tips or outdoor gathering, with links to relevant cookers and accessories. Accessories and cooker-owner cross-sell Showcase accessories and seasonings, with clear product sections and shopping links. Required workflow First, create desktop and mobile design previews for review. Submit one template for approval before developing the remaining two. After design approval, convert all three templates into responsive, email-compatible HTML formatted specifically for upload into Klaviyo. The finished emails must closely match the approved previews. Technical requirements Deliver three Klaviyo-ready HTML templates with all supporting image assets. Provide an import-ready package and clear upload instructions. Keep headlines, body copy, offers and buttons as live HTML text wherever practical. Do not deliver the entire email as one image. Organize and label the code so sections can be updated and reused. Explain how future edits will work, including any HTML editing required. Ensure images display correctly after import, with no broken links or local-only file paths. Include working shopping links, image alt text, Klaviyo-compatible unsubscribe functionality and the required business footer. Optimize images and layouts for mobile. Verify successful import into Klaviyo and test rendering in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. Provide test results or screenshots. Do not send campaigns or change existing flows or account settings. Final deliverables Three approved desktop and mobile design previews. Editable design source files. Three tested HTML email templates and supporting assets. Two rounds of consolidated revisions. A short recorded walkthrough showing how to upload, duplicate and update the templates. Disclosure of any paid assets, fonts or additional licensing requirements.
