Part-Time Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English + Spanish) - Screening Calls

Part-time bilingual Virtual Assistant (English + Spanish), 100% remote, ongoing. 4 hours/day Monday-Friday on US Central time (e.g. 9am-1pm CT) = 20h/week. Pay: USD 300/month (about USD 3.5/hour), hourly contract. Tasks: short screening calls to US job candidates following a script and logging results in a spreadsheet; replying to WhatsApp, email and Slack chats following instructions and flagging anything urgent; simple admin (scheduling, follow-ups, lists).

Requirements

fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation and neutral accent AND fluent spoken Spanish; computer, stable internet, headset, quiet place; comfortable with AI tools (Claude Code, Codex) or eager to learn; organized and discreet.
