Videographer for Anthropometric Measurements – Instructional Videos for Self-Paced Education

We are looking for a videographer/content producer to create a series of short instructional videos demonstrating how to perform an anthropometric assessment of the human body on a live adult model. The videos will be used for self-paced internal education and should have a simple, professional documentary/instructional style. No recorded audio or narration is required. Scope The assessment will be divided into separate instructional videos covering: 1. Head 2. Arms 3. Legs 4. Torso – front 5. Torso – back 6. Intimate area 7. Whole body – including height and weight Where applicable, measurements should be demonstrated separately in standing and sitting positions. A detailed measurement table, procedures, and instructions describing exactly which measurements need to be performed will be provided to shortlisted candidates upon request. Production Setup The videographer is expected to provide a turnkey production setup, including an appropriate location. Different sequences may be filmed in a medical/clinical setting, physiotherapy practice setting, and/or studio environment, depending on the proposed production concept. The videographer should organize the equipment required for the demonstrated measurements, including: - anthropometric/caliper measurement tools; - measuring tape and circumference/body-measurement tape; - weighing scale; - stadiometer or height-measurement rod; - depth measuring device - sample containers where required; - digital thermometer; - surgical/examination gloves; and - standard filming equipment. The expectation is that the production can generally be handled by one person using a fixed-camera setup. Some procedures may benefit from or require recording from two angles. The videographer may propose an assistant or additional personnel where necessary. If anyone other than the videographer will participate in the production or perform procedures, a short CV/profile and proposed role must be submitted in advance for our approval. Post-Production Post-production should be quoted as a separate option. As part of the initial engagement, one selected video must be fully post-produced as a pilot/sample, allowing us to agree on the final visual format before deciding on post-production for the remaining videos. Usage Rights The basic engagement should include rights for Gen Z Studies to use the produced material for internal educational purposes. The material is not intended for public online publication under this usage model. Please provide a separate optional price for a full intellectual-property/usage-rights buyout, allowing unrestricted future use of the produced material. Please Include in Your Proposal Please provide: - your estimated number of hours, including preparation and rehearsal with the live model; - your proposed hourly rate; - your estimate of the actual filming time; - confirmation of which parts you can deliver independently; - any proposed assistant/additional personnel and their cost; - post-production pricing as a separate option; and - your optional price for a full rights buyout. We are looking for someone who can take practical ownership of the production and propose an efficient setup rather than simply operate the camera.
