Airhostess Training Admission Counsellor

I run an air-hostess training institute in Noida and need a results-driven admission counsellor who can boost our enrollments through proactive student recruitment and personalised career counselling. Your core focus will be increasing enrollments. You will generate and nurture leads primarily through cold calling, converting inquiries into confirmed admissions, and guiding each prospect on how our DGCA-compliant cabin-crew programme aligns with their career goals. Alongside this, you will conduct one-to-one career counselling sessions—either on campus or virtually—to help students and parents understand the aviation industry’s opportunities, our placement record, and the training pathway. To keep us both on the same page, I will expect: • 80–100 targeted cold calls per day, drawn from our CRM and your own lead sources • Detailed call and follow-up notes logged daily in Google Sheets/HubSpot • Weekly counselling slots scheduled and delivered, with feedback captured • A concise Monday report summarising leads contacted, show-ups, conversions, and next actions Success will be measured by a steady rise in walk-ins, improved enquiry-to-enrolment ratios, and clear, actionable data that we can use to refine our outreach.
