Participant Recruiter for iCloud Data Collection Study

We are looking for an experienced recruiter or sourcing specialist to help us identify and refer qualified participants for an ongoing data collection research study based in the United States. Participants must be native speakers from specific regions who have recently relocated to the US. Target regions include: UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Spain, France (French Canadian and France French), Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Thailand, Malaysia, Finland, and Indonesia.

Requirements

- Proven experience in participant recruitment, talent sourcing, or research study coordination - Existing network or ability to reach immigrant/expat communities in the US from the listed regions - Familiarity with data collection or research study workflows - Strong communication and vetting skills to ensure participants meet eligibility criteria - Ability to source participants quickly and reliably - Experience managing participant pipelines and tracking referrals Deliverables: - Sourced and pre-vetted participant referrals from the listed regions - Confirmation that referred participants are currently residing in the US - Ongoing coordination and follow-up to ensure participant completion of the study - Clear reporting on how many participants have been referred per region About the work: This is an ongoing engagement paid on a per-referral or hourly basis depending on your workflow. We will discuss volume needs and regional priorities upon onboarding. Preference will be given to recruiters who can begin sourcing immediately and demonstrate prior experience with similar participant-based research projects. About the project: This study involves on-site data collection sessions with participants, and all data handling follows strict confidentiality and encryption protocols to protect participant privacy.
