I have a steady flow of raw clips and photos that need to be turned into eye-catching social media posts focused on driving engagement. The job is twofold: • Video work – trim, arrange, add simple transitions/effects, on-screen captions and royalty-free music for short-form platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). • Photo work – quick yet polished Lightroom adjustments (exposure, colour balance, light retouching) so the stills match the overall look of the videos. Final deliverables must be optimised for each platform’s aspect ratio and file-size limits, ready to upload immediately.
