I have an early-stage idea I’m calling “New Costumar.” Right now the concept is little more than a name, and I’m unsure whether it should become a website, mobile app, desktop tool, or a blend of several channels. Before any design or development begins, I want to run a short discovery phase that will pin down the real problem we’re solving, the audience we’re serving, and the best technical direction. You’ll guide me through workshops or interviews, translate the insights into clear user stories, and deliver a concise requirements pack I can hand straight to designers and developers later on.
