I need a skilled Part-time family law paralegal to assist with filing and serving documents. The focus area is divorce and separation. Key Tasks: - Legal Research: In-depth research on divorce and separation laws and precedents. - Document Preparation: Drafting and preparing: - Petition for Divorce - Settlement Agreements - Financial Affidavits - Filing and Serving Documents: Ensuring all documents are properly filed and served in a timely manner. Ideal Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in family law, especially divorce and separation. - Strong legal research and writing skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. - Familiarity with court filing procedures. - Bilingual Spanish and English Looking for someone who can work efficiently and meet deadlines.
