Once applicants arrive, you will own every early touchpoint: rapid résumé review, concise phone screens, and clear feedback to our hiring managers. When we agree on a finalist, you’ll shepherd them through background checks, offer letters, and all onboarding paperwork so their first day feels seamless. Success in this role looks like well-qualified shortlists delivered on time, a smooth hand-off to managers for later-stage interviews, and new hires who walk in fully prepared on day one.
