PSD to Illustrator Vector

I have a finished design in PSD that I now need rebuilt as a clean, fully-scalable vector. Please convert the artwork and deliver an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file ready for high-quality printing. The final file must: • match the PSD artwork precisely in color and layout • scale without any loss of sharpness on large-format print runs (posters, banners, etc.) No extra creative work is required—just an accurate, professional conversion. If you can supply an optional EPS or SVG alongside the AI, let me know, but the AI file is the priority. Would need this in 30-45 mins.
