The only non-negotiable requirement in every candidate you bring me is reliability; solid, consistent follow-through matters more than anything else. Here’s the flow I expect: • Identify profiles that fit our basic brief (no technical background needed). • Introduce our opportunity, gauge interest, confirm weekly availability. • Schedule a Zoom or Google Meet between them and our team. I pay a fixed fee for every confirmed meeting that meets those three checkpoints, and we’ll lock in the per-meeting rate together before kickoff.
