Help APP with Signkey mismatch

Is there a kind person who is willing to take that extra step of sincerity in helping a male with very low income and can only offer $10.00 for my project. My app is finished, but keeps getting rejected on Google plyconsole no matter how many times a key request is made. I actually had a freelance on here just recently who i had to release due to asking questions that i felt not rellated in helping me with my issuse, but looked more like getting infor. about my app. like me taking photos of certain things, ect. PLEASE! be sincere, honest, i know i am not paying much, but does not mean to take advantage. I have some info from him that may even help us get this done quicker. I have cancer, lymphoma, liukemia, i will even send u proof of this if u like,but I am doing ok with this deadly disease, belive it ot not, I just want to make my drea,m come true with finishing my app i built/created all on my own.
