Rebranding Education Advocacy Website & Logo

Project Overview I run a solo special education advocacy practice currently operating as "Education Advocates of Virginia," built on Squarespace (www.educationadvocatesofvirginia.org). Due to a legal name change, I need my website and logo rebuilt under a new business name. This is a rebrand of an existing, working site ,not a new build from scratch, so most existing content, structure, and copy will carry over with updated branding. Scope of Work Redesign my current Squarespace site (6 pages: Home, Advocacy, Professional Development, Contact, Blog, Testimonials) to reflect a new business name and updated branding Update all on-page text references from the old business name to the new one Integrate new logo, color palette, and any updated brand fonts throughout the site Update site metadata, page titles, and favicon to match the new name Set up domain connection guidance for a new domain (I will handle registration/purchase separately) Light content review to ensure consistency after the name change (I will provide final copy edits/approval) Logo Design New logo design to replace current branding, reflecting a professional, trustworthy tone appropriate for an education/advocacy practice serving families Primary logo plus a simplified icon/favicon version Deliverables in standard formats (PNG, SVG, PDF) suitable for web and print use Requirements Experience with Squarespace redesigns (not a from-scratch build) Portfolio examples of small business rebrands and/or logo design Ability to work within a defined timeline (see below) Timeline Ideally completed within 3 months.
