PDF Sentence Extraction to Excel

I have a text-only PDF that needs to be transcribed into an Excel workbook. Every sentence from the original document should appear in its own row, keeping exactly the same formatting—bold, italic, underline, superscript, everything—so that the spreadsheet mirrors the visual emphasis of the source. Accuracy is critical: punctuation, line breaks inside sentences, and special characters must be identical to what you see in the PDF. Since the content is pure text, no table reconstruction or image handling is required; it is strictly a matter of lifting the sentences and placing them cleanly into Excel while preserving their styling. Deliverable • One .xlsx file with each sentence in a separate row, formatted precisely as in the PDF. I will run a side-by-side comparison and a fast text-to-text diff to confirm fidelity, so please double-check before submitting. If you normally rely on Adobe Acrobat, Nitro, or a script in Python/Power Query to speed the transfer, that’s fine—the only thing that matters is the final spreadsheet’s accuracy.
